Can I switch between plans?
Yes. Start with the Customer Machine, grow into an agency, and we'll migrate your data into the Agency OS with zero downtime. The reverse works too.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Cancel any time with 30 days notice. Both guarantees still apply during the cancellation window.
What happens if I miss a payment?
We'll reach out first. Service stays live for 7 days while we work it out. We don't believe in surprise shut-offs.
Do you offer custom enterprise pricing?
For agencies with 10+ seats or local business chains with 5+ locations, yes. Use the Contact page to reach our team.
What's actually included in setup?
